Every now and then, an unexpected email turns into something pretty cool. Not long ago, I was approached by a PR outreach person representing Andrew Jax’s Six Pack Dad program in Australia. Being curious — and always open to meeting new people — I responded. We had a good exchange of ideas, and since FATHERS EVE has been exploring affiliate relationships, this one immediately caught my attention — a great opportunity for connecting with The Six Pack Dad community.
The agent mentioned that Andrew might be open to a trade or exchange of services, so we scheduled a Zoom call. During that conversation, I learned more about Andrew, his background, and the health program he’s developed specifically for dads.
From there, things came together naturally. We made a simple and straightforward deal: I’d join the Six Pack Dad program, give it my best effort, and share my experience with our Fathers Eve community. In return, Andrew would introduce FATHERS EVE to his audience.
A genuine win-win.
Getting Started
I began the program after returning from a recent trip, knowing I’d have a better chance to control my environment and food choices.
The program itself is made up of videos, slideshows, and lessons that help you shift your mindset about health. It’s not about hardcore workouts or strict dieting—nothing extreme or unmanageable.
What really stood out to me was Andrew’s approach to motivation. He makes you focus on your why:
- Why do you want to get fit?
- Why do you want to lose weight?
- Why do you want to look and feel better?
That focus becomes the foundation for the whole program. When you understand your personal reasons for change, you start making better choices naturally.
How It Works
The program runs on an easy-to-use online app. Each day, there’s a little bit of “homework” — you submit your progress and reflections based on that week’s lesson. It’s a straightforward way of connecting with The Six Pack Dad approach to fitness and accountability.
There’s a weigh-in every week and a live support group video call that keeps everyone accountable. Those group calls give you a chance to ask questions, hear from other dads, and get encouragement from guys going through the same process.
It’s structured, supportive, and simple to follow—something any busy dad can stick with.
This is just the start of my experience with The Six Pack Dad program, but it’s already been a great partnership. I’ll be sharing more about my results and progress soon.
Stay tuned for part two, where I’ll talk about the changes I’ve seen so far—and how this experience is helping me feel better, look better, and live a little better every day.
